Education is the path to a fruitful existence

An online programme on cognitive exchange speech & debate was conducted by Cognitive Exchange International Education, India. The programme was considered as a pilot project where students of class VIII & IX standards from 5 different VKV’s located in Assam took participation. 10 participants were there from each of the VKV. The duration of the programme was 9 weeks and the students were trained by the volunteer’s students of CE who are pursuing higher education in America. The course is divided into two terms- (1st Term- September to November and 2nd Term-January to March) Main objective of the course was to enhance the skill of speech & debate delivering, also to promote their communicative, writing, speaking, analytical and leadership skills. Total participants were 60 students. At the end of the course a competition was conducted and prizes & certificates were distributed by Shri. Amit Deokule ji, Director, Cognitive Exchange, India. Moreover, Amit Ji shared some information’s regarding CE that he is ready to start new batches of basic speech & English Foundation Course (Spoken English)

Cluster level Sanskar Varga Prashikshan Shibir at VKV-Nalbari

  Cluster level Sanskar Varga Prashikshan Shibir was organised by VKSPV at VKV-Nalbari where eleven students of class VII from our vidyalaya participated in the shibir. Two of our teachers were in the organising team. They were namely Pritam Basumatary and Prakash Sarma. Students were escorted by assistant teacher Barsha Rani Dutta and the shibir started on 22nd March, 2023 and it was over by 27th March, 2023.

Lachit Divas was observed in school on 24th November, 2022. There was a colouring competition for Nursery & KG students and drawing competition for class I to class V students. Also for senior students there was a quiz competition and go as you like for class III to class V students. Some selected students of class VIII presented band display and a cultural programme related to Lachit Borphukan in Bangalipara Chowk. Chief Guest of the programme was Shesh Prasad Luitel, Retd. Head Master of Bholajhar Uparkhuti High School. The Principal inaugurated the programme by lighting of the lamp. In this programme, the main events included like group song, poem recitation and a shadow formation act by some selected students.
